Scarecrow Reflection 2-D: October 8, 2012.
1. The best part of our scarecrow was how we adhesed our cans to the board because it stayed together.
2. The bad part was that we didn't use very many different materials because we only used cans and plywood.
3. Our scarecrow's name was CanCrow because we thought it would look cool, and wanted it to look good.
4. CanCrow had many different colors that were all from the pop cans. We didn't paint anything besides black for the eyes.
5. We got our scarecrow to be 3-D by screwing the cans onto a plywood board.
6. I learned that hot glue will not stick aluminum cans to plywood.
7. First I made my perliminary designs, then I got with my partner and we decided to use one of her designs, then we collected cans and cleaned them out. Then we lined up our cans so we could know how many we needed, then we cut out the plywood, and screwed the cans onto the board. Yes it was planned.
8. Yes it is a worth while project.
